Seattle Minimum Wage Study

The Seattle Minimum Wage Study is a team-science research project dedicated to providing rigorous analysis of the impact of the 2014 Seattle minimum wage ordinance locally and regionally. The project is a cross-disciplinary mixed methods study, which draws on a range of unique quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights useful for policymakers and scholars. As more states and localities move forward with plans to raise the minimum wage, this research will infuse the debate with data on the effects on workers, households, employers, and local economies.
