Scott W. Allard is the Daniel J. Evans Endowed Professor of Social Policy at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington. He currently serves as the Associate Dean for Research and Engagement.

Scott W. Allard's research focuses on  poverty and inequality, food security, and safety net utilization. His work examines links between place, poverty, and the accessibility of early childhood, safety net and human service programs.
